Open Sound System driver for old Aureal Semiconductor AU8820 (Vortex1) and AU8830 (Vortex2) audio controllers.

Vortex device characteristics:

8/16 bit playback/record
mono/stereo playback/recording
8KHz to 48Khz sample rate.
