ADEV_NOVIRTUAL audio engine flag

Do not use this device as a master device for virtual engines (by default)

Description

Drivers for some professional audio devices may use this flag to prevent virtual audio drivers (such as vmix) from attaching to this device by default.

Unlike with the ADEV_DISABLE_VIRTUAL flag it is possible to attach virtual drivers to this device if requested in the configuration settings of the virtual driver. For example the vmixN_masterdev configuration option (in vmix.conf) can be used to attach the vmix driver to this kind of devices.
