This capability means that the device supports the SNDCTL_MIDI_MTCINPUT ioctl call. However at this moment this capability is not fully defined and it should not be checked by the applications.
MIDI device capabilities like MIDI_CAP_MTCINPUT can be checked using the SNDCTL_MIDIINFO ioctl call.
